Why do you say that?

I have a personal site hosted with dixiesys.com (same as 3-95.com) it costs $15/year but they're not as swamped as CyberWings is. They use CobaltQ or something like that.

Looking at their upgrades page, they say that you have to pay $15 to transfer a domain. Does that mean if I want to use a different domain name, I have to pay $15? Do other hosts do this?


Also, people keep saying that they are buying 3,4,5 hosting plans at a time. Do you need a seperate domain name for each one?
