naw, they wont be allowed to release it for other consoles but according to Sony, the PC is not a console and operates on a different market than the PS2. Therefore, they will be releasing it on the PC (well, most likely) but as far as Xbox and Gamecube (pffffffttt) they probably ont release it on those.

It is not. I'm saying they didn't port it correctly.

I played the ps2 version and I own the PC verson of GTA3 and yes I did have a lot of difficulty getting it to work but once I got it to work, it played like a charm. I also found it difficult to navigate using the controller as opposed to the keyboard+mouse combo but thats probably because Im so used to the latter

No, I only lost my left ear and my right leg is a bit shorter now. However, I am now capable of speaking 7 languages fluently. I was just offered a job with the U.N. as a translator. Thank you.
