i went to edinburgh in scotland, and frankly I didnt like it, apart from general problems the ones that were ed specific were the crap local television, its just provincial adn I resented not getting national news like in the uk proper, the scottish accent and specifically the edinburgh one, especially since you only saw the rough pople during the day, the level of beggars, the awful weather and 'arctic wind tunnel' effect in the streets, that was about it.

For the three universities I went to:

Houston. Too much smog and very humid, but campus was isolated so it was okay. On campus felt like a dream city, off campus felt like a hellhole. I managed to have fun, though.

Palo Alto. California is beautiful (me being from Texas), but Palo Alto got boring.

Cambridge. Absolutely adore the Boston/Cambridge area. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

went to ucla so i had westwood. westwood is dead now... compared to like 10 years ago when it was the happening place. i believe i've read some stuff that it was largely based on parking... which is a b!t<h. but other than that... great location (got sunset, ktown, etc).

Yeah, college.
Well-known MBA schools require several years of experience. Less known programs would admit fresh graduates.

Tucson was just too HOT. I grew up in the tropic, but in Tucson even the breeze was friggin HOT. But I did like the area aound Catalina mountain.

there is a lot more choice in america thats for sure, but hey you are footing the bill, we are just answering to institutions, lol.

you can do an MBA at INSEAD or LSE from realistically two years in Ibanking or so in industry, or like my friend a three year degree to 21 and then a 1 year business couse where you sit in pon some MBA lectures, despite your relative lack of experience, he certainly enjoyed it tho, and I can tell he has learnt a lot in practical-theory at least. he has a jobat ford now and knows to get ahead there you just have to have an MBA proper simple as that.
