This is pretty much common in drug company marketing.

So if it says headache/migrain and it is more expensive, buy the regular brand.
 
Just like sudafed - there are like 5 different varieties with 5 different labels (allergy, cold, sinus, extra stregth, etc) and inside the package they are all the same. Same pricetag too. Must be a ploy for more shelf space.
