Just like sudafed - there are like 5 different varieties with 5 different labels (allergy, cold, sinus, extra stregth, etc) and inside the package they are all the same. Same pricetag too. Must be a ploy for more shelf space.

Yes. But I always just buy the generic at Costco anyway. No good reason to buy name brand Excedrin.
