This just exemplifies how useless a EULA truly is, especially given the fact that Apple just last week started throwing Safari in with the web updater to the uproar of many. Also, how long has the program been available on windows, since the middle of last year?
It's obviously a mistake, but Apple could just say they were only targetting Safari at people running Windows via Bootcamp or Parallels which would still be on an "Apple-labeled computer". =)
