For those of you that have graduated from high school that is! ;)

My 10 year high school reunion is coming up and I am trying to decide if I should go. So, I am curious if you all went to your reunion and if it was fun and worthwhile going.

no---I went to three different high schools, so I don't know which reunion I would have attended anyway.

No. High school was a complete waste of time. I watch my teen daughter now, and I'm convinced of that even more so.

My 5 year reunion came and went back in May. I really had no desire to go. Those that I wanted to know how they were doing, I stayed in contact with.

2 highschools in 2 different countries -- it'll be difficult for me to find the motivation (and about $3500+) to get there :D plus, i never officially finished (e.g., attended hs graduation) so there's not much significance there.

Yeah - I am not sure it would be worth the money for a plane ticket to go to mine. I stay in contact with a few people from school, but I guess I made better friends in college than high school. It would be kind of fun to see what everyone is doing and to see if they have changed at all.

I haven't had my 10 year yet, class of 1992 but I'll probably go next year.

<< that or go back and brag >>

Unfortunately, that would have been the situation for me :( 50% of my class is working minimum to next to minimum wage jobs, 25% is still trying to get a college degree from the local community college, and the rest of us got the **** out of dodge and made something out of ourselves.

Half of my class is still running around in the same groups that they did in high school and getting drunk on friday and saturday nights. You'd think that after 8 years of doing that, it would get old, but apparently it hasn't for them.

I just had higher ambitions I guess.

My ten year was last summer, but I never went.
Wasn't much incentive for me to go back there.
True about the better friends in college, even work than in school.
There were a couple but they maybe weren't there anywhere?

It depends on you're situation for some its a good time.
