Did you get into a UC from a JC? When did you first start getting acceptence letters?

Is the University near the community college?

Many schools have aggreements where an Associate at the CC (with good standing)
guarantees you admittance in the University

You don't even have to be near a university, per se. See if your college has TAG (transfer admission guaratee?) with any colleges. If you want to get into a UC check www.assist.org to see what classes you will have to take and maintain a good gpa. As for letters off recommendation, get as many as you can. Why not?

UC's don't usually want letters of recomendation, which is a good thing since I don't have any ;) . They say they let people know from March 1st to May 1st, but thhose are two long months :D

II've applied to UCLA, UC Berkeley, UC San Diego, and UC Santa Barbara as a backup :)

nevermind, didn't realize UC meant University of California. might want to point that out in the first post.

Those dates are for high school students, not transfers. Thanks for the links though :)
