Did you frame your degree? if yes

I have mine in a $1.99 frame from Wallmart. However I visited a couple of friends from college and saw their fancy frames and had to ask. They spent $150 on frames... I was kind of surprised. How much did you spend ?

I am thinking of upgrading to a $49 frame :)

Probably $10 at Target.

my school sold frames for about $150 or so. One of my friends insisted it was a good investment. Then again, he went to this expensive private school on his rich daddy's ollar and doesn't have much of a concept of money.

why frame it at all? it's not like it's any real accomplishment...

I had mine custom framed at a local shop. I think it cost between $70-90.

Yeah I agree, it more like a norm. I buy my frame mainly to protect it I guess.

My mom got me a cheapo frame for my B.Sc. I'd love one of the $187+tax frames they sell in the bookstore here, but don't want to shell out for it. If/when I get a Ph.D I'll pony up the cash for a nice frame for it.

Good investment? What's the ROI? Is there a prospectus?

I didn't frame mine...it's only a bachelor's, after all. When I get my PhD, then we'll talk.

My B.A. in Business Admin was framed at a local frame shop for around $115-$120.

My J.D. is sitting in a manila envelope tucked in a crack on the side of a bookshelf and the wall. :)

Mine is still in the original envelope. Maybe I should open it to see if it is indeed my degree or a piece of paper that says SUCKER on it.

I still don't know where exactly my HS diploma, BS, and MBA degrees are in my house.

They are still in the original folder covers and all. Maybe one day.

My degrees are sitting in a pile on my dresser. I'll probably frame my PhD when I get it.

I think I paid ~$60 for the frame. I figured when I paid $100,000 for a piece of worthless paper, what's another $60. :p
