i have a cut between my smallest toe and it hurts like a bitch!!

feels like someone is down there stabbing it with a knife!

whats the best way to make that heal the quickest?

The "cut" you describe is most likely caused by athlete's foot. Any over the couter power or spray will get rid of that within a couple of days.

When I was kid I was running through the frontyard sprinklers and I slipped on the wet grass and cut the flesh between my biggest toes on a sprinkler.

The cut was about 1" deep and bleeding like crazy...needless to say I was taken to the ER and they had to scrub it clean with iodine...PAIN!!

I swear I'm not crazy. I've always heard it called a "goose-knife". Used to get them as a kid playing bare-foot in the yard.

Oh - and salt is the best way to cure it. 🙂
