Did you ever wish you were named something different?

When I was a kid I didn't like my name, Joseph. So I wished I had a "better" name like Michael or something...

How bout you?

Joe

btw: I like my name now... 😀

My parents always say that I was this close (hold fingers really close together) to being named Michael.

As it turns out, my name, Greg, while quite common isnt as common as Michael, so I think I prefer it.

Of course given a choice of that and Max Power, I think you know what would win.

No.

I'm just glad my parents didn't decide to name me 'Felix' (they were extremely close to doing so).

No . . . not really.

I do have a couple of names that I really love though. I hope to name my daughter(s) accordingly in the event that I have any girls.

I do have a pseudoname that I got out of no where. It sounds so beautiful, to me. I can't disclose it though. I would be giving out my secret if I did that. 😉

Shortened of course from Gregory, which only my Mom calls me.

I don't really care but when you first hear the name devin do you think of a girl or a guy?

A girl.

Second time I hear it too btw.

And I hate my name, both first and last. But that might be closely related to general self-hatred.
