I the house next to me is a rental property. I've been in my house 17 years and I've seen a string of low life's.
Even though they've generally been low income people, they all either had a riding lawn mower or paid someone to cut the grass even though the yards is relatively small. They've all been incredible slobs too. One family had a pizza box outside their front door for about 6 months.
The current tenants refuse to rake their leaves. Rather than have then blow in my yard all year, I wait to they go out and rake them myself. Currently, they have a pile of tree limbs in middle of teh sidewalk that have been there for about 3 months. I've been slowly removing it.
Lazy, stupid, slobs really tick me off.
