Did you buy girl scout cookies??

Didn't have the chance to buy any this year. No girl scouts in this neck of the desert. But I voted >10 cuz last year I bought 20 boxes. Next year I'll have to make up for this year and get like 50.

Girl scouts make cookies?
It trains them to cook and clean when they get older (couldn't resist, sorry women).

I bought 4 boxes to support the cause, and my gut.

I used to buy a few boxes from co-workers but this year only bought one Do-Si-Do's.

Q: What are the best-selling Girl Scout Cookies?

A: Our biggest sellers are:

25% Thin Mints
19% Samoas®/Caramel deLites?
13% Peanut Butter Patties®/Tagalongs®
11% Peanut Butter Sandwich/Do-si-dos?
9% Shortbread/Trefoils

The other varieties combined account for the remaining 23%.

Kinda sad that 21st century girl scouts are more like Regional Sales Managers for their parents and adult relatives, who simply hock them at work... but given the alternative of child abduction spiking every year around cookie season, I'd say it's a good tradeoff. 😕

What's the big deal about these cookies? It's just cookies.
My two favorite kinds, Carmel delights and peanutbutter patties, I've never found a suitable retail replacement for them. I got 5 of each this year, I'll put them in my freezer and eat them all year.

I *hate* peppermint patties. Then again, I'm not a big fan of anything with mint+chocolate. My friends all tell me I'm crazy 🙂

Tthere is no girls scout here going door to door and none of my coworkers has a kid in the girl scouts. 🙁 i never had a girl scout cookie either i know i am missing out :brokenheart:

The Girl Scouts didnt come to my school 🙁. I usually buy 10 boxes of thin mints and then a few other odd boxes.

Thin Mints > *.girlscoutcookie
