Did an upgrade from Windows ME to XP home. Everything OK except the internet connectivity is gone.

The ISP is Adelphia cable with a TERAYON cable modem. The cable from the modem is an ethernet cable plugged in to a USB adapter which plugs into a USB port on the back of the computer.

Looking into device manager I see an eclamation mark on USB device where it says the drivers for this device are not installed.

I take it that the lack of internet connectivity is due to the lack of drivers for this "USB device" since the cable modem is ultimately connected to the computer through a USB port.

The question is...where do I get the drivers and how do I install them?
