I really enjoyed that cartoon, I actually kinda miss it:(

So the question arose in my mind. Did he ever talk? I thought I remembered one episode where he did and it was like a low, deep sophisticated voice.

Anyone else enjoy the antics of the pink kitty cat?:p

There is at least one episode in the cartoon series; one of the earlier episodes, where he talks throughout the episode. I prefer the episodes where he does not talk. Pink Panther is on the Boomerang channel (channel 297 on DirecTV) at 11am and 10pm or 10:30 pm EST. During the summer, I believe I successfully recorded onto DVD every episode ever. Or at least, every episode ever aired on Boomerang.

Oh, and for what it's worth, it used to be, by far, my favorite cartoon. Actually, it probably still is. But, I've grown sick of Blue Racer and Mr. Jaws that often appears with it. But, I still like Ant and Aardvark and The Inspector.

Not even in those crummy Owings Corning Fiberglas commercials.

Yes! I still remember the Ant and the Aardvark!

Aardvark: "Come back here you stupid ant!"

Classic stuff. :)

To make me feel even older, I know that the Ant was based off of Dean Martin and the aardvark was an imitation of comedian Jackie Mason. The voices were both done by John Byner.

I wonder where I could get copies of this cartoon. I sure would like to sit and watch it with my kids.
