Did the NFR XP software you got come with an EULA?

I took the ULA that came with the .net Dev env to be for all the software.

MSFT has been labeling products NFD, not NFR. NFD means Not for Distribution. Ie if you read the click through EULA you will notice that you are not allowed the transfer the product to anyone else under any circumstance.

It's a promotional copy. You are allowed to use it but you are not allowed to sell it or use it to purchase any future product upgrade.

So the NFR actually DOES have an EULA, but it's a "clickthrough" and not on a piece of paper?
