Did the movie Pearl Harbor bug anyone else?

i could care less about the politics of the actors. The movie was ruined by the director, producer(bruckhiemer), script writer, and disney. It should have been an R rated movie for one, with all the violence left in there might have been a small sense of danger atleast. Funny how eisner steadfastly capped the movies costs at 120mil, like he knew it was gonna suck at pg-13 limit. The script was by the same guy that did braveheart sadly, guess you can't always be good. As for liberals being war heros, sadly it sometimes happens. I know you don't like to think that its possible, but people aren't that simple. They might be conservative when it comes to military spending etc, but socially liberal. Crappy example but most prominent, al gore volunteered to go to vietnam..maybe not as a front liner, but thats more then bush could say.
