Should be "zeroes of people" considering how much warning was given.

I'm not! My Hauppage PVR-2250 pulls in the digital channels in all their HD and 5.1 glory. I love it!

This. If you wound up with no TV this morning it's our own dumbass' fault.

EDIT Holy fuck, massive timewarp!

I thought I was going to lose one channel. My local FOX station switched from a UHF frequency to VHF and my antenna is UHF only. But it still worked.

I just checked mine.

The lone analog channel still broadcasting was showing a program on how to connect a converter box.

Are you telling us or asking us?

Sure as hell started out as a question but there is no question mark at the end.

I had to rotate my antenna about 15 degrees to the northwest from directly due north to get better reception on the 12th, but everything has been working great with my VHF/UHF indoor antenna and converter box.

Whoever didn't get the message about this switch should not be allowed to watch tv because they are dumb enough.

My TV had been getting all the digital channels without any problems before yesterday. Couldn't get ABC or KCAL yesterday until I ran the auto-scan again, and now today Fox isn't working for some reason. Ugh, this is in SoCal.

Rescan again or reposition your antenna?

A few channels are moving their digital station back to where their analog counterpart used to be.

Yeah I actually just re-scanned it again and it did the trick. When I scanned it earlier today, it didn't even pick up Fox on the channels list, but now it shows up. Fox has the strongest signal for me usually so I'm not sure why it didn't pick them up earlier.

I think a more interesting question is this: what percentage of digital tuners were sold to idiots who believed they needed to have them in order to watch television?
