Did Terrell Owens cost his team a chance at the Super Bowl with his Ego and Arrogance?

It was obvious he wasn't 100%. You can't tell me a Professional football team couldn't field a better player at the time. Don't get me wrong, he played a good game but he wasn't TO and a healthy wide reciever might of accounted 3 points.

He made it obvious during the week that he would play a lot or he would throw a huge shit-fit.

i think just having him on the field kept the pats defense a little more honest. when its a player of that caliber, you gotta cover him no matter what.

wow you're putting this on TO? McNabb threw three INT's. TO with a broken leg had 9 catches for 122 yards. please stfu.

No, the Eagles lose because of turnovers, horrible time management, no running game, can't stop the Pats in 2nd half.

Wow, were you watching the same game as everyone else? I'm not a fan of the Eagles, but T.O. gave them a chance to win whenever he was on the field and in the end, he had a pretty good game.

Wow, so how's life in Bizarro world?

3477 posts and I'd be willing to bet that was the dumbest one of the bunch. I hate T.O., he's one of the all-time biggest jerks in the history of the NFL. He delivered tonight though, by far the Eagles most effective player. On the other hand, if the Eagles has a real QB tonight rather than McNabb they might have won. It's going to get overlooked since he threw for over 300 yards, but McNabb stunk up the joint tonight. A couple of great catches and a couple of dump-offs turned into big gainers inflated his numbers, but he sucked.

On the bright side, New Englands linebackers had more touchdown catches than T.O. and Freddie Mitchell combined. Hopefully they'll shut the hell up now.
