Did Steam do free upgrade to Ultra SF4?

I just got a new arcade stick that works on my PC and upon login into Steam to upgrade my SF4AE to Ultra I noticed that it already said I owned Ultra SF4. The last time I played the game was when I got SF4AE on Amazon for $5 and added the Steam key which was back in May.

Anyone with SF4AE on Steam have the same thing showing?

did you actually try playing it because i had the GFWL version and entered the key into steam. never got a chance to play it so not sure if it's actually the ultra version or not....

Looks like they did. My SF4 is now Ultra SF4.
