Did SSD prices increase drastically over the last month?

I was looking at some 480GB Kingston drives and was planning on buying two of them but I just went to order and it seems the price has doubled at newegg. I know I was planning on about $900 for he two but now one of them is $800 alone! I know I wouldn't have looked at two were they that expensive so I don't know what is going on. They also had 5-6 different 480GB Kingstons to choose from and now there are only 2, so maybe I'm not seeing other options.

So, has there been a price increase that anyone knows of?

The Crucial M4 and Samsung 830 have been dropping all month, so I'd say no.

It seems like the big capacity SSDs are still up there in price, but the smaller ones are very near the magical $1/GB mark, or lower with rebates, etc.
