A good deal to make between the red states and the blue states is if they want the blue states to do everything they can to prevent interstate movement of weed, the red states should do whatever they can to prevent interstate movement of firearms. Since guns cause a lot more harm than weed, the blue states would get the better end of that bargain.

Funny thing, but all that is currently holding up cannabis from being de-listed from the FDA schedules and legalized at the federal level is the Republican senior senator from Idaho.
Judging from the OP, it looks pretty obvious that his constituents do not agree with hardline stance.

Except that the entirety of conservative ideology is based on the acceptance of disparate treatment in their favor...

One thing nice about living on the West Coast. You fly from Washington to California and have no worry about what you are traveling with. I'd love to take a drive all over the country, but I'm literally afraid to travel outside of my safe zone with Washington plates on.
