Did someone put a keylogger on my PC?

I just scanned my PC with Housecall from Trend Micro's website and it found something called "Spyware_TRAK_Bfkeylog.A". It didn't have any further information. Anyone have any idea what this is?

Upload the file in question to VirusTotal.com if possible, and paste the results here. Do you not have an antivirus program installed?
