did sbc yahoo up their upload cap?

i read somewhere that they would up their cap from 128 to 256. and today, after 3 days of activating my dsl, i decided to test my line again. the result i got was 1.2 down and 218 up which i was very happy with since its only $26.95 a month...just wondering if others experiencing the same thing.

Just tested mine...and ya, upload has doubled....this is in central CA
1.266 down, .208 up

i'm close to alameda, on High by 580. i'm suprise at the speed i'm getting because at the time of signup, they told me they need further testing on my line. i was scared of getting crappy speed, but it turned out great.
