ok cool deal. i don't remember seeing anything about the beta, but when i mouseover the links it comes up with www.paypal.com/(insert crap here). i generally ignore stuff from paypal because i don't use it frequently, so i could have missed said notice about the beta layout


edit: yeah i got an email about a "new look" for paypal...
