Did paypal change their "You Recieved Payment" e-mail?

Just sold an item with
'Immediate Payment Required' on ebay and the e-mail i recieved from PP looks different... It has a big transaction ID up top and just looks diff...

Anyone know?
 
I never use the email links even if they are legit. I go to the site directly and log-in to see whats happening.
