No. Even if you are crazy enough to belive something like this was so easily possible, wouldn't they have done the same with Lennon?
 
If Paul is dead... how could they find someone that both LOOKED like him AND had the same melodic and songwriting TALENT as him. Maybe as a Beatle the others could have somehow wrote songs in Paul's style. Maybe John could have got pissed off at himself for writing "muzak" like that. Maybe fake Paul could have helped break up the Beatles even though he wasn't a real member. But how would fake Paul be able to maintain a successful solo career that lasted oh... 30 more years?!?
