Did Obama say that Ralph Gomery would be his Secretary of the Treasury?

In a recent Paul Craig Roberts op-ed about Obama and the possibility that he might question the free trade dogma that is damaging the nation's middle class, Roberts said:

American hubris produces gigantic delusion not only among the people and the politicians but also among the economists. President Obama and his Secretary of the Treasury, Ralph Gomery, are our last best hopes.

Is this true? Did Obama say that Ralph Gomery, the co-author of a book that questions conventional free trade theory, would be his Secretary of the Treasury? I've done a Google search but can't find any other references to it.

doubt it, though i wouldn't be surpirsed if obama nominated people less friendly to trade, which is my one fault with his candidacy.
