you lost it all. sorry bro it's happened to me. 🙁 get MS Word it autosaves every so often. I have mine set to save every 3 mins.
 
Your Windows temp folder, you are bound to know where that is. Do a sort by date in that folder and check the recent ones see if there is anything there that can be opened from msworks (I don't mean double click, I mean file > open the files).

It's a long shot though.
