Did my Power Supply die?

About 2 weeks ago I went to turn on my comupter, and nothing turned on but the case fan and its LED light. I sounded like it was struggling to get power but then all of a sudden it just booted up and was fine. I assumed my PSU is going bad and should get a new one. Now last night I went to turn on my PC and now it just won't boot, just the case fan and the LED light turn on and it sounds like it's struggling to get power. Sorry if this seems obvious but I'd rather check before I spend the money on a PSU.

Thanks

EDIT: I just recently added a second graphics card but that was over amonth ago. I believe my PSU is 700-800watts? I'm not too sure.

What is the make of your power supply? You can find the wattage output on your unit. Also, did you try using a multimeter to test your psu? Have you tried removing one of your graphics cards to see if it will boot?
