Did my bios update just screw me over?

I overclocked my new e6300 build to a little over 3 ghz with 4-4-4-10 timings. Decided to update bios and see if I could push it a little more. Started getting weird graphical errors, attributed it to the BIOS overclocking the PCI-E port, tried to go into BIOS to fix the speed at 100 mhz, but the graphics errors prevented me from actually seeing what I was doing. Basically the system just started to go nutty. Now whenever I start my computer, it will get past the windows loading screen and then show "no input" on my monitor, even with default BIOS settings
What do you think the problem might be? Monitor? Graphics card? Bios?
This stinks.
