This mainboard has a long history of sudden-death syndrome. I remember when Newegg was selling it for $75 with a $75 rebate, which pretty much tells you they were dumping them. They were warranteed through Soyo only, no RMA from Newegg. I had a friend who bought one, it died in a week, and he received an RMA from Soyo, which died a few weeks later. It's been sitting in my parts pile ever since, never could get it to POST or show any sign of life beyond the little green light that showed it was getting power.

Bottom line, this mainboard is in all probability dead. I'd start looking for a replacement.
