I'm saying this because I was talking to a friend who's Catholic alike myself and she was trying to convince me that Judaism makes more sense... I was able to quip back to everything except the rebuilding of the temple. I said that it was his ressurrection, but I was unsure.

<bad catholic>

obviously, he wouldn't be a very good messiah if he hadn't done it, would he?

Jesus was a union man.

National carpenters Organization branch #331
People screamed nepotism when his dad got Jesus in, but then at the first union meeting he changed water into wine...

" 18 Then the Jews demanded of him, "What miraculous sign can you show us to prove your authority to do all this?"

19 Jesus answered them, "Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days."

20 The Jews replied, "It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and you are going to raise it in three days?"

21 But the temple he had spoken of was his body.

22 After he was raised from the dead, his disciples recalled what he had said. Then they believed the Scripture and the words that Jesus had spoken. "

The Western Liturgy doesn't explicity say this.
However, the Eastern Liturgy explicitly says this.
