Did Jesus rebuild the temple

I'm saying this because I was talking to a friend who's Catholic alike myself and she was trying to convince me that Judaism makes more sense... I was able to quip back to everything except the rebuilding of the temple. I said that it was his ressurrection, but I was unsure.

However, the Eastern Liturgy explicitly says this.
