Did it bother anyone else that Goofy was a dog who could talk while Pluto couldn't

I think in this universe, just as Goofy could throw sticks for Pluto to catch, Mickey could have set mouse traps out for the little non-anthropomorphic mice, and Donald could have bought a shotgun and hunted the migratory ducks.

I noticed the same thing when I was younger, and just thought Pluto was Goofy's brain-damaged young cousin ... 😉

why did most cartoon characters or Sesame Street characters have only four fingers on each hand?

easier to draw, and yes thats the real reason that 90% of cartoon chars only have 4 fingers, the only place you find 5 is in anime

Can drawing 3 or 4 fingers on the forward part of the hand be that much of a difference in difficulty? If they wanted to draw easily, why not make stick figures with one finger? (Middle finger preferably) 😛

And then on the simpsons episode where Homer talks to god, they use 5 fingers for the one and only time.

what really bothers me is porky pig not wearing pants

Donald Duck was disturbing too. He doesn't have any pants but gets bashful when he takes a swim. Plus he isn't a good swimmer. He is a freking duck.

Maybe Pluto was Goofy's retarded son that Mickey took care of. ;P

Goofy was and always will be half human/half dog. Thus he is supposed to have traits as both. Pluto is 100% dog and acts like a pet.

They use 5 frequently on South Park. But that looks really goofy and is computer animated anyways.
