Did IBM T21's come in a 12" screen?

I saw that and was wondering if they actually did come in a 12.1" screen? Also, can the cd-rom be just popped out? Which T series were the first to have the mini-pci slot so you could add an internal wifi? Thanks.

The T21 was only available with a 13.3" or 14.1" LCD. Also, the T2x series has an Ultrabay 2000 optical drive that is removable.

I believe that the T30 was the first T series available with internal wireless.

I had one of these, and it was a good and rugged laptop. It has a mini-PCI slot and an Ultrabay, but the T23 was the first model that had the antenna loop that was built into the screen. If I bought this laptop, I'd just get a cheap PCMCIA WiFi card.
