Did I Partition 3TB right? (200 Gig Missing)

It's Disk 1. It shows about 200 gig missing. This is normal I'm assuming?

There is no capacity missing. Windows reports the drive capacity in binary while manufacturers report in decimal capacity.

You have all 3TB.
