Did I miss much?

Well, SETI@home found ET, who then told us the best protein fold evar for DF and F@H, which cures everything. They also told us all of the answers to 17 or bust. Now, there is no more DC projects left.

So, yes, you missed a lot. 😉
 
Seriously, you didn't miss a whole lot. Folding@Home has dropped from 18th place to 21st, and we're still going down, but not many people seem to care about that, since we're a small project. 🙁

Get the project sponsors to modify the project so we can easily cache multiple workunits(sort of like D2OL(though hopefully without the bugs)) and you'll certainly gain folks back. 😉

The F@H developers, though quick to squash true bugs, are terrible about adding new features (we finally got a version of the client that runs well under FreeBSD's linux emulation in the recent CLI v3.24). At least the F@H servers are pretty reliable, and lost work is extremely rare (even then its usually only the system's fault due to overclocking too much)...
