Did I make a bu-bu?

Hey everyone!

A few weeks ago, I downloaded the Special setup disks for the TA SETI RC5 Mini Team, and installed it on my computer. I followed the on-screen instructions and when it came to entering my email addy, I entered my own email (radragon@collegeclub.com)...

My questions are, should I have entered rc5@anandtech.com as the email addy? I thought I read somewhere that when it comes to setting up the email profile thingy, you should enter that AT email addy. If this is the case, is there a way for me to change the email I entered, or do I need to uninstall the software and start all over again?

Sorry for this newbieish question , and I do appreciate your suggestions/replies.

For the Seti Calvary, the eMail address is ta_seti@hotmail.com, so just edit the dnetc.ini file and set it up like this:

[parameters]
id=ta_seti@hotmail.com

The files are in a folder called "RC5". Then restart the client.

It depends on what you want to do.

If your your intention was to join the Team Anandtech mini-team TA Cube, you need to use the RC5@..... email address.

If you want to crack for Team Anandtech under your own email you can do that to.

RaDragon; russ is correct. to apply your blocks to Seti Calvary it is ta_seti@hotmail.com
If you want the blocks you have already done on your other email addy to go toward Team Anandtech then you will have to have that addy join the TeAm.
The Seti address is already on the TeAm.

To join Team AnandTech first you need your password so go here and click on the 'Please email me my password' button at the bottom. Then when you have your password go here and click on the 'I want to join this team' near the bottom and a window will come up asking for your user name<email> and password, fill it out and click OK.........your now on the team and welcome aboard
