Did i kill my mobo?

I touch the plugged and working AVR (metal), I feel ground (shock) in my hands but I forgot it and inspect my new mobo (with ESD resistant 3x) . But before I touch the mobo, I touch the antistatic bag first. Did I damaged the mobo with ESD? Im little worried.

For future reference, touching an antistatic bag won't discharge any charge in your fingers. You must touch metal or other conductive surface connected to electrical ground.

Examples are most plumbing or a bare metal part of an electronic device that has a three wire A.C. power plug and where the ground lug of the AC socket is connected to electrical ground.
