Did I kill my MoBo? :(

I used to have a X2 3800+ running in my DFI NF3 Ultra-D without any problems. I decided to try out an Opteron, so for the past month or two, I've been running a 146 overclocked to 2.9ghz. It didn't require anything other than just switching out my processor and clearing the bios.

Yesterday, I decided to go back to the X2 3800+, and when I popped in that processor...it didn't post. I thought there was something wrong with the chip but when I put the Opteron back it...same thing. It gives me these series of long beeps (which according to the manual means DRAM problems). I check the memory in another system and it's fine. This is the same RAM that I've been running in my setup with all this time.

Anyone know what the problem could be? Did I screw something up?

Have you tried to clear cmos, remove PSU connector, and take the mobo battery out for atleast 5 min's or so to see if it post?

yep. Tried almost everything I could think of. The only thing I didn't try is to take everything out and reinstall. That would be a huge pain as I have to remove all the WC parts.
