my temperatures (according to MSI Core Center utility) are 108f, system temps 84f. is this accurate or am i in a trouble. btw what are normal temperatures? i am running 3500 Winnie on neo 2 platinum with zalman 7000a cpu fan. everything is in tsunami dream case. please advise.

Those temps are fine. Try to post temps in Celsius next time (yours are 42C CPU, 29 case which are WELL under any sort of danger level).

but those seem somewhat high for being a winnie as well as having a zalman cool it. i would expect something in the mid-low 30's

yeah i was installing farcry, so i guess its load :) thanks for your comments i feel better. btw i used artic silver5 thermal paste. and i'he read somewhere that it takes some time for it to start working at its best.

Mobo temp sensors suck for accuracy. However, they are good at telling you Temperature deltas. For instance, what is your load temp vs. Idle temp. If the temp doesnt change that much, that means your Zalman is doing its job.

For instance, my cpu idle is 48 and load is 53. If it were in a different mobo, that could be 58 and 63 or 32 and 37 etc.
