Did I get screwed on this bait and switch of 1700+

Last week, I don't know why, but I ordered on a 1700+ from Gameve. It was suppose to be a 0312 week. Even the invoice says so. Well what I got was a 0309 instead. I look on the website and now they are advertising these steppings instead. I tried to cancel it actually last week, but thats a story in itself, now I am even more ticked its not even the stepping I was suppose to get.

It's a goodun. I gott the same, except week 8, and research indicates 2.4Ghz is more than acheivable. Still not had time to work on it tho :|
