Did I fry something on my new machine?

Last night I started up my new machine for the first time. It's a Tbird 800, alpha heatsink, MSI K7T Pro. Right when I turned on the power supply (damn power switch isn't working) there was a spark and a pop sound. Now the machine will power on but there is no display. Also there are no post beeps. I even took the ram totally out just to see if I would get some beeps, and there is nothing. Do you think is my processor, my board, or something totally different. Please help. This sucks!!!

3 things. when u power up do u hear powersupply fan going? when u power up do u see power light go on? when u power on do fans for cpu turn? sounds like u killed either the MB or PS. OR the power switch ATX switch to MB could be plugged in backwords. we need more info.

Yes the power light comes on, fans spin....don't think it is the power supply.....also i don't see how the powersupply could be plugged in wrong cause it has a clip on it.
