Did I fry my cpu?

I purchased a MSI KM4M-V mobo for an AMD Athlon 1.4. I was unsure about the fsb jumper setting so I set it at 166 rather than 100 or 133. I fired it up and nothing happened. No video or bios came up. Did I fry the ol T-bird?
 
I tried every combination and still can't get the bios to load. I reset the cmos, pulled the battery and let it set for an hour, check the screws to ensure no grounding. Ram seated properly, fans working. It just won't post. No beep codes nothing, just a black monitor.
