***Swerving = no signal, just swerving into the lanes ***
Basically in outline format:
- 7 lane highway @ 35 mph (<-- Speed Limit Aurora Ave for the Seattlites)
- The furthest right lane on both directions are usually right turn lanes only, or they have parked cars, leaving 5 lanes ( the middle lane is a left turn lane)
- While driving ~ 4-5 mph over the speed limit, a car comes out and swerves into my lane to pass a car (I'm left lane, and the car is already going @ speed limit)
- When he swerves back to pass the car, he almost hits my taillight, in which I had to accelerate to avoid getting hit while driving.
- He accelerates ahead of me in the adjacent lane
- I shake my head, he must've looked in his side mirror, rolled down his window just enough to stick his hand out to give me the finger
- Since I had to go into a left turn lane (the middle lane of the HWY, I did nothing)
I don't believe that the left lane is used for passing in this scenario, in which I'd either get 1)STAY ON THE RIGHT or 2)He's a <fill with negative word here>
Which is it?

- Occured all occured before an intersection
- I had to go into the left turn lane at the intersection (I'm not 100 feet to signal my intent)
- Since when is there passing in a 35 mph zone?
