Did I choose the correct PSU?

I've been reading a few other threads with similar builds as mine, to see what wattage I needed and also calculated it on one of those PSU websites.
Except a GPU swap after 3 years, I'm planning on using all of the rest for 6 years approximately.
SLI or similar won't be happening.
However, I started getting cold feet and I would love some peace of mind.

I had chosen the Seasonic M12II 520W for the following components:

CPU: Intel i5 3570K (OC around 4.3)
Mobo: Z77 Asus Maximus V Gene
Cooler: Be Quiet! Dark Rock Advanced
RAM: 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance LP
GPU: MSI R7850 Power Edition OC
SSD: Samsung 830 Series 256GB
HDD: old 300GB drive, might change for a 1TB Caviar Black in the future
HDD: WD Caviar Green 2TB
4x 120mm casefans
No dvd-writer or similar device

It has two 12v rails at 20A each, so it should power your rig with no problem. Personally, I was able to purchase a Seasonic X650 for $99 when it went on sale a few months ago, and it is a better option. Gold certified with a single 54A 12v rail.

But the PSU you are looking at should be fine if you don't plan on Crossfire or SLI. Video cards keep getting more efficient, so you should be OK in the future.

Yeah it'll be just fine. If you care to read the sticky JohnnyGURU wrote, you'll find that single vs. multiple rail design isn't the issue everyone seems to think it is.
