Yes I know I will be flamed but I really don't care

I refuse to follow order of one of those motorcycle security guards (the ones that act like they are cops but they are not) so basically I made a left turn when he told all of the vehicles to stop and I refuse and he was pest. But the reason imp posting is not advertise I broke a law or maybe broke a law but actually want to know do private security guars on motorcycle have any legal rights. Want to know just incase a cop shows up and tells me I disobeyed a cop

Well if it was for sure a rent-a-cop / security guard then no, they can't really do anything to you esp. if you were on private property.

I do think that you've committed second-degree murder of the English language though. That's definitely a crime.

First off, I didn't understand a word of that

Second, he has a right to hold you but he can't actually arrest or do anything to you - he can call up the police who have jurisdiction in that county/city who can then give you a ticket

If it's a security guard then no. However I never heard of Security Guards on Motorcycles. In California we have Funeral Patrol which ride motorcycles and resemble police officers. They don't have any policing rights however and if they give you crap you have the right to request a citizen's arrest for impersonating a peace officer.

Rephrase sorry for error kind of sick have a cold. No I was driving and a private security guard dress like a cop with out a gun stopped all traffic going west bound so the cars that he was escorting could keep going when their light was red. I disobey that motorcycle escort guy and turn left with out cutting those cars waited till it was enough space for me to turn between them.

I'm pulling this out of my ass but I don't think anyone other than real cops has the right to direct traffic.

could be wrong but just checke the law and this is the only thing that i was abel to find

"Any person who disregards any traffic signal or direction
given by a peace officer authorized pursuant to subdivision (d) of
Section 70 of the Penal Code to escort funeral processions, if the
peace officer is in a peace officer's uniform, and is in the process
of escorting a funeral procession, shall be guilty of an infraction
and subject to the penalties provided in subdivision (a) of Section
42001."

Even do it was not a funeral processions seems they still have a right. I don't think i will a visit by a cop considering they can't give me a ticket u nless they witness the infractions but I am afraid I broke a law oh well guess its breaking a law unless they see u.

Not true. I work for the Dept. of Transportation and I have directed lots of traffic.

I was at a concert once in George, Washington. There were 4 or 5 lanes coming out of the venue into a single street lane. One of their flunkies was directing traffic by letting a few cars from each lane go at a time. He skipped my lane so I just went anyway and waved at him as he was yelling and gesturing at me. If a police officer doesn't see a misdemeanor, he can't write a ticket for it. The person can hold you for citizen's arrest on a felony (possibly misdemeanor) but he better be damned sure the arrest will stick.

A private security guard is not a peace officer.

Im sure it varies from state to state, but remember a lot of rent a cops are law enforcement officers working part time, and since they are generally considered on duty 24/7 you may be surprized what they can do off duty. In some localities rent a cops do have authority to arrest and write tickets. Most of them (in those localities) are required to have law enforcement certification.

Then they must identify themselves as police officers. If not, then they can't do squat.

Where I live, Funeral processions do not have the right to block traffic or run red lights. In fact if you are involved in an accident because of a funeral procession that ran a red light, they will be charged.
