Did EA fix the online issues black ops had?

I know that when the game shipped there were massive issues with the online part of the game. I was wondering if they have been fixed.. thanks

why would EA fix a game that Activision released?

the issues have been fixed for some people but a lot of people still have issues.

I've noticed that the game has far fewer stutters than launch. Once every couple of matches my computer will freeze for a second or two when I first see an enemy, but other than that, it's smooth.

They haven't fixed the stuttering kill cams or a bunch of other non-critical game issues, though.
