Did CompUSA Rip You Off??? Que 24x10x40

I ordered a Que! 24x10x40 last week from CompUSA just came today..
They sent me the same 2MB model they had at the store 10 mins from my house..
On there website Que! 24X10X40 Internal EIDE CD-RW Drive
It says 4MB and Que has told me that would make it a Plextor not a Sanyo..
I asked 3 different times and explained it to they about the stores having 2MB models and could they check at warehouse I do not want a 2MB model..
Well they sent a 2MB model and most likely sent 2MB models to a lot of others..
I callede and they told me I am Sorry and they will not post they had a mistake on the webpage, I asked why did no one check when I called 3 times before, no answer... A Mr. Scott Marsh pointed out the disclamer to me and said they a human and no one is perfect..

he sounded pretty much ok with selling the 2MB models to people when they were adversitised as 4MBs and told me they will change the website and not inform people that ordered 4s and got 2s..

Please check link and post the day and time I would like to see how long it takes them to change website..

the website was wrong. it was the 2 MB model which was on sale.

if you read the threads at hot deals, you'd know.

doesn't it have burnproof anyway?

in my experience, burnproof and buffers are virtually useless....i multitask quite a bit, and have never seen the buffers go under the max....

but anyway, it's still false advertisement
