Did Comp USA change their return/exchange policy?

I was just looking over the site and it used to be 14 days with a 15% restocking fee on opened items. Now, it says 21 days and I don't see any restocking fees any longer. Does someone have confirmation on this?

I know there is a "no hassle/questions" return policy, I returned a defective laptop (returned value to CC) with no problems.

Probably so they can illegally reshrinkwrap it and sell it as "new". They used to do that all the time (I worked there for awhile, saw it firsthand).
