Did Comcast increase upload speed?

Periodically I would go to Speak ease speed test to test my Network speed.
Today I got 5957kbps on the download and 2402kbps which is very high.
I normally get about 350bps or some thing.
So, I went to upload one of my file to my network storage and my reading was right.
It only took a second to upload a 5mb file to my network storage.

I wonder if they're working on something, I'll find out tomorrow if I still get the same reading.
Enjoy it while it lasts I guess..

Comcast is doing upgrades as are other cable operators to offer better speeds.
